Known the world over for its incomparable flavor, tenderness and fatty, well-marbled texture, our Wagyu is raised, harvested and processed in Chile. Also known as Kobe beef from the Tajima strain of Wagyu cattle raised in Japan, the meat is not only a delicacy but can be beneficial to your health.
Wagyu possesses a unique, high concentration of beneficial Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, a much higher proportion of the desirable monounsaturated fats than other beef–up to three times higher in Wagyu than in any other brand.
We sell Wagyu exclusively and are proud partners with the only Wagyu ranch in Southern Chile, where the centuries old craft of raising grass fed cattle has proven over time to produce the finest cut of beef in the world. Our animals receive no added antibiotics or growth hormones and are nurtured in an environment that is similar to that of Kobe, Japan where Wagyu beef originated.
Our products are packaged with the el Sakai brand as an indication of the seal of approval of our certified Wagyu beef. The superior quality of our product allows us to cater to a refined market, where only the best is acceptable.
